Two Weeks to Go

Make a schedule for the wedding day.

Arrange formalities for the reception… Speeches, seating arrangements and place cards for tables.

Put the final touch to speeches and vows and check that other members of the wedding party have completed their speeches.

Keep in touch with your Priest/Minister/Rabbi/Celebrant.

Contact photographer and arrange for a special photograph to be taken, this one can be framed with your personal vow or promise in the heirloom frame with your name and wedding date… your first heirloom!!!

Provide seating plan to ushers.

Provide 'order of service' details to all who need them. E.g. Officiate, Musicians, Choir.
